1.        DARK KITCHENS

We are seeing the trend lean towards darker kitchen cabinetry.  According to Living Etc searches for black and navy blue kitchens are up 93% in the past 6 months. Matt finishes also remain popular.  Blue seems to be replacing some of the grey finishes. Keep an eye out for all shades of green as well.

Word is marble is headed out and terrazzo is making a comeback.  Terrazzo originated in Italy over 500 years ago.  It is made from chippings of marble, glass, or any solid surface material set into cement and then polished.
